1. Agreement

By accessing or using depeshe.ai ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.

2. Description of Service

depeshe.ai provides AI-powered analytics for B2B sales teams. The Service connects to your CRM systems in read-only mode, analyzes sales data, and delivers actionable insights including deal scoring, lead prioritization, call analysis, and daily digests.

3. Account Responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate registration information.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
  • You may not share your account or allow others to use your credentials.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
  • Upload malicious content or attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts.
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without written consent.

5. Subscription & Billing

  • Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected during checkout.
  • A one-time setup fee of $1,500 covers CRM audit, configuration, and onboarding.
  • All plans include a 14-day free trial. No credit card required to start.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
  • Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.

6. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of your CRM data and any data you provide to the Service. We do not claim ownership of your data. We access CRM data solely to provide the Service and never modify your CRM records.

7. AI-Generated Content

Recommendations, scores, and insights generated by the Service are advisory in nature. They are based on your real data and industry best practices but should not replace professional business judgment. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes.

8. Service Availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for losses resulting from Service downtime.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, depeshe.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 90 days and then permanently deleted. You may request immediate data deletion at any time.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kyiv, Ukraine.
